Providing psychotherapy to children who may be experiencing behavioural difficulties, separation anxiety, grief and loss.

Adolescent psychotherapy

Working with adolescents who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, friendship difficulties, trauma and loss, family conflict, and school refusal.

Adult 
psychotherapy

Offering adult psychotherapy to people experiencing depression, social difficulties, health related issues, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, employment issues, experiences of sexual and emotional abuse.

4.

Workshops

Alexis’ therapeutic workshops are practical, fun and effective.
The groups are run over 4 weeks to allow practice and integrate the lesson content. Group sizes are small to allow for relationship building.

About me

Alexis has had over 20 years experience working with patients of all ages.

​

Currently, Alexis works in tertiary education as both a Student Counsellor, and as a Teacher. She teaches Child Psychotherapy in the Master of Mental Health Science, Department of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University.

How long Does a Session take?

50 minutes. Medicare rebate is available with a referral from GP and Mental Health Care Plan.
